• 5+ years building and shipping production software
• Strong experience with TypeScript and a modern framework (React/Next.js or Node)
• Comfortable owning architecture and trade-off decisions
• Care about testing, performance and maintainability
• Clear communicator who works well with designers and clients

• Design, build and review features across the stack
• Mentor teammates and raise the engineering standard
